1. How long will it take to process my order?
Items that are in-stock and ordered before 2 p.m. (mountain time) will be shipped the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be shipped on the next business day.
2. How do you ship?
All our orders are shipped via Canada Post Or Purolator. Purolator and Canada Post priority mail service usually takes upto 5-10 business days to deliver the package to the destination. You may call us at 888-CDN-INKS to place an order with one of our representatives.

Orders of CDN$75 or more, shipping is FREE!
2nd Day Air:
CDN$20.00 shipping charge per shipment up to orders of CDN$75.00.
CDN$30 shipping charge per shipment for Orders from CDN$75 - $200.
CDN$45 shipping charge per shipment for Orders of CDN$200 or more.
In USA OR Mexico
Ground Service:
CDN$15.00 per shipment up to orders of CDN$100
Orders of CDN$120 or more, shipping is FREE!
Other International Destinations
Ground Service:
CDN$35 per shipment up to orders of CDN$500
